    Hi,

I have an old Toshiba P100, Model Number PSPA3A-01N00P that I got from a client. The problem is a dead Bios, symptoms are laptop powering on with power led, blank screen , hard drive LED flashing momentarily, and blinking of LED of DVD-ROM for a short while.

Now, I have heard of bios crisis recovery on some toshiba laptops via and external floppy. Problem is I cannot find the key combination to activate it. I have tried FN+B, FN+F, WIN+B, WIN+F, none works.

If anyone could shred some light on this, I would be extremely grateful. Otherwise it would out for scraps.

    Cheers,
    Mark
