    Toshiba PC Health Monitor seems like a useful tool but since its running all the time to make sure the computer is up to par does it slow down the system since its constantly running?

    Also, what are these pre-intalled softwares?:

    1) Toshiba Service Station?
    2) Toshiba HW Setup Utility?
    3) Toshiba Value Added Package?
    4) Toshiba Supervisor Password Utility?
    5) Toshiba Media Controller Plug-In?
    6) Toshiba Assist?

    will best of my opinion, using the latest windows PC health Software 2009 is the best software for OS. I'm not pc health expert so I agree to many pc health advisor.
