hi, i just purchased a satellite A100/R00, and it came iwth vista, i want to roll it back to win xp, but i cant seem to find this model anywhere on the internet and because i cant find it i dont know which drivers would work for it.
i want the windows xp drivers for this lap top so that i can install win xp and have all the functionality of the laptop remain.

on the toshiba website this lap top model is not listed. and the drivers are only for satellite(sat) and satellite, which im not sure would work with this model

i dont like windows vista that much and neiother do some of the programs i need to use.

i got the laptop from harvey Norman in Australia which is where im from.
    the specs are
    core 2 due 2.16g
    2gb ram
    160gb hdd
    geforce go 7600
and the other usual wifi, bluetooth sound card, and its got the fignerprint scanner,
if anyone can help me or can put me in the direction to finding the drivers let me know

Im about to pick up that same laptop,
Ill play with vista for a while but i doubt ill stay with it, prolly go back to XPPro in a month or so.

anyway, as for drivers, I think if you just look for a similar specced A100 that came with XP, and have a go at installing their bluetooth/sound/wireless drivers, you should find one that works. They wouldnt have changed their entire chipset and hardware just for vista

if it makes it any easier i think it also goes by a100/800 or PSAARA-05R007.
Maybe try drivers from the PSAARA-057007 on the website? worst it can do is not work.
