I've been dealing with it for a good while now, but I can't sell the machine to someone else and think it's okay.

When I reinstalled the OS onto the SSD I got for my Qosmio, I couldn't find all the drivers that worked for my machine. I mean... I went to the site and got what I could...but the touchpad still doesn't work correctly, the Eco utility doesn't work, and the media player touch buttons only work half the time...

Are there any drivers you can point me to for the X505 line?

I have always taken my drivers from the UK toshiba site (they seem to get the updates first).
    Download drivers:

Just select the X500 (it's the same as your X505, just the UK version, uses the same drivers though).

I have also gotten lucky asking W7 to find updated driver from within Device Manager..even some unknowns with the yellow warning icon.

Another issue may be your install order; like the BT stack. If your still in the build stage, format the drive and try again. One poster listed his install order in the 775 thread which may be close enough for the x500? Are you doing full clean install?
