Can one or more inform me as to why the FN/F9 keys will not work anymore on this Toshiba P200 Laptop --- these two keys pressed together should either enable or disable the touchpad. It used to work and I noticed just lately it will not. All ideas today are welcomed, even by those who cannot see this questionaire.
Please type slowly in all responses so I'll be able to read it correctly --- thanks!!!

Are you using the original touchpad drivers that came with your Toshiba? Perhaps you should try to reinstall the touchpad drivers.

Using the orginal drivers. I can use it and disable it from the Control panel, but lately I cannot get the FN/F9 keys to either enable or disable. Please advise!

Same thing happened to me recently too. Seems Toshiba released an update which screwed the system up I think.

So ixpod --- I would take it that you are still enduring the same problem, correct? Have you any idea as to how to overcome this exciting snag?
