    Hi All,
Fan in my Toshiba Satellite Radius P55W-C i5 5200 turns on immediately when plugged in and runs around 50% (not very loud but still annoying). CPU is not overheated and runs below 40 degrees Celsius.
On battery fan only turns on once in a while as expected.
Is it a hardware or just system setting issue? Do you have any idea how to fix it?
    Thanks
    Greg
