    Hey guys! i need help.

My sister tried to format her PC, and ended up wiping out EVERYTHING from the HD (even the recovery partition). I'm trying to install the OS, but its not working.

Do i have to install the drivers first? how do i install then? There is anywhere i can download the recovery CD? (Toshiba doesn't cover my country)

[EDIT] So guys, after some research i found what i could, now i can simplify into 1 question.

Who do i return to factory Settings without a OS or nor a Recovery Partition

To get the Recovery Media you have to order it directly from Toshiba: Recovery media - Toshiba Forums

Another option, you can legally download Windows 7 and use the number on the underside of the laptop to activate the OS.
See this thread for more info: http://forum.notebookreview.com/windows-os-software/604187-legal-download-digitalriver-windows-7-sp1-13-languages.html

Once the OS is installed and activated, you can find the drivers for the laptop at it's Toshiba Support Page: Model Content Page

Keep us posted with any results.

Thank you, ill try your second suggestion! But i'm not sure if it will work.

I have a Windos 7 CD. but whenever i try to install, after the "press any keys..." message, it says its loading windows and the screen simply go blank, with only the cursor.

Ill try downloading the Windows 7 again...
