Just got a e-mail from EA to download and play Battlefield 3 Alpha. I will play it and get back with you all to let you know how it runs on my Qosmio x7753d laptop :)

Well just got done playing on line for a couple of hours and the game seems to run pretty good. I did set everything on high and it was pretty smooth, the graphics in the game remind me of crisis 2. It was a little confusing at first to get my bearings but after awile I got the hang of it.

So how hot was it when you playing the game? Could you monitor the temps with hwmonitor and post a screenshot on here?

Good to hear! Was worried whether BF3 was too much for our Qosmios. Glad to hear I'll be able to play it on higher settings.
