Hey everyone, I just wanted to stop by and commend Toshiba. When I say Toshiba I am talking the management, marketing, line workers EVERYONE involved in the computer division of the company.

I have been through a lot of computers all of them costing a minimum of US $800. Time and time again I have been disappointed, none of these laptops could last over a year with not even a tiny issue. With the Dell XPS it was overheating with the Sony one of the speakers suddenly stopped working and it had a few dead pixels, with HP dead motherboards and other components going bad.

Now let me talk about Toshiba my cousin had a Toshiba laptop for 7 years yes 7 without any real issues but for some reason I never really considered Toshiba. When looking to upgrade from my Sony I initially thought about an Alienware but foresaw overheating issues. I began hunting around and came across the Toshiba P745 which I bought last July, I am very pleased to report that this computer is just as fast as the day I bought it and has given me ZERO issues.

I am so impressed with Toshiba that I bought my mom her first computer, the Toshiba NB500 last year and it has had no real issues except being a bit slow. Yesterday I bought my sister a Toshiba L745 to replace her problematic and now dead DV series HP. My sister absolutely loves the laptop which was a tremendous bang for the buck at US $423 featuring 14” screen, 4gb ram, 640gb HD, AMD A4 etc.

A lot of times people only come online to share bad stories because when something is going good we have no need to come online and tell others. I just wanted to say a big kudus to Toshiba and I will be sticking to this brand from now on.

Others please feel free to share your good experiences (and bad too) with Toshiba :D

Glad to hear the positive experiences. I too agree Toshiba is a brand that produces laptops that just work.

Good luck and keep us posted with any updates.
