    hey guys i need some advice.

    my first laptop had some problems, and after repairs it just "died", so i was to get a replacement, sat pro 100

    there has been one strange thing between these laptops

    when running from the battery, when it reaches 25 -->24% the screens goes off and comes back on within a second. is this normal? has anyone else observed it?

    It sounds normal. Look in the Toshiba Power Saver in Control Panel - in the Normal Section. That is where the settings are when running on battery.

    It sounds like it is switching from level 4 to level 2 or something like that.
