    Hi,
My Satelite p205 has suddenly began to freeze on start up,
it beeps twice and then an error message pops saying bios not configured "press f1 to enter set up".
when I enter set up, the date and time is all messed up showing: 00:00 01/01/05

Has anyone dealt with this issue before?

I just want to mention, it was running normaly for a few months, and no changes/tweaks/upgrades were performed prior to this....

    Any help would be appriciated.

    Regards,
    Jetblue.

Is there a continuous beep followed by the two short beeps? That could indicate incorrectly inserted RAM or lack of RAM. Check in your motherboard manual what two beeps means.

    Thanks, M T.
Actualy it stops rights after the 2 bips.
It was operating normaly, the RAM was not touched, checked it found nothing that could be relevant.
