    Ridiculous design...

My Qosmio G35 has a tray-loading drive. The disk wasn't seated properly when I inserted and I think it popped out as I was sliding in the door. The disk went *INSIDE* the laptop somewhere.

    sigh

What are my options? I tried removing all the screws on the back to see if I could lift out the bottom plastic plating but I couldn't-- there must be other screws I missed or some special tool required. Any thoughts?

Well, thanks to the disassembly guides listed here I was able to take everything apart and retrieve my disk... thanks for this site, great resource!
