Can anyone tell me if there is a canadian alternative to Toshiba's M35-S456??? I really like that it has 80GB HDD, new dothan processor, cd and dvd Read and write capabilities, good graphics (i think), wifi capabilities and price!!! unfortunately the model is only offered in the US. Thanks alot to any replies in advance.

The M30-YSJ is similar to the M30S456. The only thing you would be missing is the 1.7 GHz PM (1.6 instead), and XP Pro (Home instead). You gain another 32 MB VRAM (nVidia FX 5200 w/64MB VRAM). It runs $2599 Canadian.

You might want to consider another system for your needs...In this class, you are not getting the best value for your dollar from Toshiba (now the P25-...that's another story). You might want to look at HP or, dare I say it, Dell, who offer a lot more options for your dollar.

    GOod luck!
