    Help please: How to install BIOS updates?

    Hi. I have a big doubt: I recently bought a Qosmio F45 and in the Toshiba website two BIOS updates are available.

    Now, should I install only the newest or I should install both?, does the latest upgrade include all previous BIOS improvements? Please, this is a big doubt I have.

    OK. After reading on two websites, I finally installed the newest one, and the installation went smooth. :)
