    Hi Everybody;

    I wrote here a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any answer. I want to try my chance again :)

    I bought my Toshiba L35-S2151 from best buy in November, 2006. I have windows XP on it, i didn't upgrade to Vista. I bought a 1gb ram from crucial, and it arrived yesterday.

    My problem is the windows don't see both of the ram at the same time. When I click the system properties, it says that I have 1gb ram on my computer.

    When I run the program of the CPU-Z ( http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php) i see that I have two slot installed with 512mb ram (the old ram) and 1gb ram in my computer but windows just see as 1gb ram in place of 1.5gb.

    from CPU-Z i get:
