    Help problems downloading

    I cant figure this out and toshiba seems to think a reformat and reinstall vista is the solution for everything. My internet connection drops while downloading they seem to think it is firefox. I find it hard to believe. I try downloading some files and my connection just drops the file. Any ideas ??? please help.

    You could try using Free Download Manager (Google it) and see if it makes any difference. What kind of connection is it?
