    Help with Toshiba T4600C Laptop

    Ok, I have this old Toshiba T4600C laptop that I obtained, and when I try and boot, there is a window about 2 inches from the top of the keyboard and is says P 30 or P 60. I have tried to find a manual for the computer, but have been unsuccessful. Does anyone have a manual or know how to boot this computer?
