I recently got a new Toshiba A135-S4487 laptop from costco. It is running Windows Vista.

Whenever I choose to hibernate, the screen immediately goes black, and after the hard drive stops and the computer shuts down, it immediately restarts and resumes.

So, does anyone know why my computer would wake itself up from hibernation instead of staying off?

Thanks in advance for your help,

EDIT: Looks like Toshiba just released a BIOS update to fix this problem.
