I enabled to fast boot in bio to see what it is and it appears to be skipping bio screen in the beginning to boot fast. But now I wanna disable it but I can't coz I can't get to bio coz of this fast boot. Normally it says press F2 to enter bio screen when I press power button but it doesn't show now and goes straight to window loading screen. I tried to press F2 b4 window loading screen where screen is still dark but it doesn't work. It just goes to window boot option where you get to choose safe mode, repair window, debug mode etc. press del or f12(boot menu) doesn't work either. How do I fix this?

Wish I could help but I have no idea. I would give Toshiba CS a ring.

Keep us posted and let us know what the solution is.

I had the same problem. Down load toshiba hardware setup from there sight and install it. Once installed go to the 'boot" tab and turn it off from there...

Ok.. I finally found out easy solution to this from toshiba forum. All I have to do is hold down F2 b4 I press power button. It directed me to bio screen again when I did that. Simple fix but was annoying to figure out coz I had to look all over the internet. Hopefully, this will help to future toshiba users who happens to run into same trouble. :(

Thank you sir. Had the same issue. Just as you said, hold F2 before turning on, then let got F2, and press repeatedly F2 and you will have access to the bios.
