    This page states Toshiba has 2-day free shipping on customizable laptops. But when I calculated shipping in toshibadirect's shopping cart for a customized A4, it added shipping costs to my total. Is there some special way to get it?

    EDIT: Oh, yeah. And it also says "Free Microsoft Office Small Business with Tecra A4 Notebook". But that wasn't there either.

    Exactly my case , they removed the free office SBE which never worked anyway , I know because I customized an A4 and add office to the cart
    , altough it said [FREE] next to the option , 249$ were added .

    Toshiba keeps sending me those promo emails as a toshiba owner but they often missrepresnt the deal or the item ( P30 trubrite ) .

    Not sure what happened to it. It used to work a week or more ago when I was playing with their shopping cart. They somehow removed it. I guess you have to call their phone sale group for it now.

    As for the free shipping, no idea, that never seem to work for me.
