I am new on this forum. I was looking for the 'Toshiba Power Management Software for XP' since I was interested to put the small picture in the right top corner of my screen displaying the still leaving time of the battery in my SP4600-100 under XP as I was used to on my S4070cds with W98se.
I downloaded T820TPSX.exe from the Toshiba site and installed it.
After Re-IPLing I stil cannot 'find' this program? The 'Energy Maintenance' icon under 'Configuration' tells me 'To adjust power management settings, close Microsoft Windows XP Power Options and use TOSHIBA Power Saver.'
What does that mean and how do I continue?
Hitting the (only) OK option on the above message brings me to the 'regular' properties screen for the Windows Energy Maintenance option ??
How do I come in the Toshiba Power Saver alternative?
