    How good are the Toshiba R480 speakers?

    Is it loud? I have a Toshiba A660 which has Harmon/Kardon bolted on so if anyone could use that as a comparison I'm quite grateful. I'm in the market to get a light but good speaker laptop.

    I don't think the r800 series has H/K speakers; could be wrong.
    From what I've briefly seen or heard at Best Buy, the Tecra/Portege speakers are adequate; nothing to brag about.

    There are 13" and 14" Toshiba Satellites that do come with H/K speakers. Maybe check them out.
