    How to Satellite L750 BIOS update?

    I'm really confused right now, so Tempro alerted me that there is an available BIOS update so I downloaded it. I read the "How to update the BIOS on Toshiba notebooks" which can be found [HERE|] . I went to the temporary folder which is C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp right? I read all the 5 BIOS update processes but I can't find the files mentioned and how to I get to Boot Mode? I really can't understand the steps, sorry, first time I encountered this BIOS update. I don't want to do something that might harm my laptop . Can you please help me?
