hello everyone I have a Toshiba M405-S8003 and i have a problem on it. Anytime i open a window or i minimize it, it doesn't show down in the taskbar. I don't know what's wrong with it??? So. if i want to get it again i have to use one of these two ways:1) Alt and tab or 2) task manager. I want to recover my notebook again but i bought it, i didn't get any recover CD. It happened to me before a long time ago and i called Toshiba. They show me a way that i press and hold F8 when i first start my notebook i think i don't remember it. After that i follow the steps and i got it as new. So if anyone knows the steps please help me or if you have any other idea please let me know.

    Thank you

I believe you should be able to access your Toshiba Recovery Partition by tapping F8 a few times before Windows starts loading. From the recovery menu there you should be able to reinstall Windows to its factory defaults.

Another option you might try, if this has only just started happening is try a System Restore from within Windows. Click on Start/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore and then choose to restore to a point before the problem started. This is of course assuming you have System Restore on and there is a point available from before the issue began.

    Hope that helps.
