And I can't find drivers on toshiba's website. Does windows always say this, and I'm using my nVidia, or do I need the driver?

The x775 q7272 has switchable graphics (Optimus). There should be a way to switch it over to nvidia. Also, make sure the "Eco-Utility" is not enabled.
