    Image quality

    I just bought a m65 toshiba and I've noticed something with the graphics
    that I have never seen before. If I go to a website that has pictures the pics
    all look terrible. If I pass the cursor over a particular image it will say
    "pressing shift+R will improve the quality of this image". Anybody knows what is going on? Thanks

    Found the culprit. It was a broadband optimization program my new ISP had me install.
