I've recently bought an m105-s3064. I comes with the Intel 950 GMA embedded video adapter. I upgraded the driver with the one one intel's website. But, now when I look through all the system info stuff on the computer, it shows the video adapter as being a 945GM.

I don't know or remember if the adapter is supposed to be ID'd as a 950, or if 945 is fine since it's the chipset. I also can't find a 950 specific driver on Toshiba or Intel's site, and it's not on the Toshiba recovery disk (letting windows find the driver). Can anyone else with the same adapter who did not upgrade their driver tell me what your system says?

The 950 is embedded in the chipset of hte 940, and the 945, maybe someothers. I have the m105-3041 and 945gm is what i show. If you have the 915 chipset you would have a gma900.
