I got quite scared after reading this 2 articles:

    http://www.epinions.com/content_3532038276

    and this one :

    http://www.feedle.net/rants/toshibaletter.shtml

    I was planning myself get a Toshiba P20-771 :

    specs:
    http://gulf.computers.toshiba-europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/selected_product_option.jsp?service=AE&PRODUCT_ID=95774&DISC_MODEL=0

I also have been considering buying some of the new Toshiba quosmio

But now I feel scared about their tecnical supourt
after reading the articles about how horrible the technical service
    of them is.

Fortunaly i dont live in Usa and maybe technical supourt in Europe is better.
(Toshiba has been very kind to me over the phone atleast).

But i readed an article here in Spain where it says that someone working for Toshiba spain admitted they send defective computers to big store centers with price off.

    Another scare [:0]

Sure many can make a elephant of a fly it still scary.

Can someone tell me if the technical service realy are bad or good
    at toshiba ?

and if it is , if i should consider HP or Sony instead?

If is good should i buy Satelitte P20-771 (See picture above)
or should i wait for Quosmio. ?

Even though I have a Toshiba notebook and used to repair Toshiba notebooks, I can't really comment on their support quality. I usually dealt with their Business support team (for repair centres) and never really had a need to deal with the regular support teams. If anything were to go wrong on my unit, I'd contact my old co-workers (repair centre) and have them get the parts for the repairs.

I guess it also mainly depends on where you're located. I heard people from Austalia had terrible service, while others said it was great. So I guess it's mainly who you talk to at the time that makes it a good experience or not.

Toshiba's support is probably no better or worse that some of the other companies in the market. I've read a lot of people complain about Dell & HP support, but other said it was fine.
