Does anyone happen to have the direct number to the repair depot in Kentucky? I have had my laptop at the depot for over a month now and I cannot get anyone to answer. I am frustrated at the regular CSR's as they seem to not understand that I just need to be transferred.

Is them lying about when parts would be in and not answering the phone a normal problem?

Alright, I got a hold of the repair depot and they are now telling me that I have to wait until may 17th for the part to even come in. And that is only a estimated date.

Does anyone know how to get ahold of someone higher up that can help us with this issue (where english is there first language).

Toshiba's support seems to be quite bad.
I had my R600 in repair for about three weeks and it came back unrepaired!
I had to send it in again and they sent the laptop to Germany even though I'm living in the UK.
Toshiba doesn't repair their computers in-house but rather through authorized repair centers and communication between them doesn't seem to be good.
Toshiba UK didn't know what the status of my repair was and they had to email their repair center in Germany to get a status update (It took them nearly a week to reply)!
After a long wait I was finally able to talk to some kind of supevisor who was a bit more helpful but after having two horrible RMA experiences with them I won't be buying Toshiba again in the near future!!!
