...and so far so good... didn't even try to remove the bloatware yet. Only problem so far was when I installed and ran WoW, the right side of the screen started flickering, but after installing the most recent windows updates and downloading the nVidia video driver (still the old one from September) off of Toshiba's website, all is running well. WoW is running about 55 to 60 fps with everything cranked up. I'm really digging this laptop. I'm going to run 3dmark06 in a bit and am going to install Call of Duty 4 tomorrow... hopefully everything goes well then too ;)

making sure you drop in on the thread: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=191826

There is a lot of helpful hints on there. Also you might wanna run by the VISTA tweaks section since they have a lost of useful notes. This is all from first hand experience... I love my X205-SLI1... I just wish I knew what the heck i was getting myself into before I started installing Crysis and Bioshock.

Welcome aboard!! You have an excellent machine!! The 169.09 driver is mostly to improve Crysis performance, but that game itself has lots of problems, I see guys with custom gaming desktops having problems with so wait for patches to that one. Bioshock plays perfect with that driver also, great game a must have! We should start a SLI1 & 3 club.
