Ok, so for some reason beyond my comprehension Toshiba decided to strip my model [a105-s4084] of most of its drivers on the pcsupport website, and put up mainly Vista ones...
Needless to say, they also removed some of the necessary ones like the LAN/ethernet driver... anyone have an idea what the model/part# is so i can download it from intel/broadcom or whoever?

I beleive this is your model -

That has the Vista Drivers on it (the chipset and system Vista drivers hould have your LAN driver, sound, wifi are seperate downloads) -
Here is the link to driver for XP SP2 for the LAN - I found it under the support bulliten, the LAN is Intel -

Thank you much sir!
Last q:
In regards to the play/stop/next/previous buttons on my laptop, i downloaded the Toshiba hotkeys pkg they have, but it still doesn't work correctly when I test out some mp3s in WMP [i realize these aren't really hotkeys, but im not sure what to look for]... any thoughts?
Thanks for all your help!!!
