    i have an old toshiba satellite pro L20-101 with 2 stick of 512mb of RAM. does anybody have the same model? per specs, it is capable of having 2gb of RAM, has anybody tried to upgrade their RAM to 2gb? if so, which is better 2 pcs of 1gb sticks or 1 pc of 2gb stick? thanks in advance...... :)

    If there is a limit of 2GB, I'm also guessing there is a limit of 1GB per slot. That is pretty typical for computers.

    Get 2x1GB.
