I'm helping a friend with this Toshiba she bought from Walmart - nice unit for the price, btw. One thing I cannot find is how to make the Factory Restore CDs from the hidden partition on the drive.

The booklet says there are two ways to do this:
    1. Use the Recovery Disk Creator icon on the desktop - there wasn't one.
    2. Go to Start>All Programs and choose Recovery Disc Creator - there isn't such an item in the list.

I also looked in the Control Panel thinking the feature might be there but couldn't find it.

Does anyone have this unit and was able to find that Recovery icon on their desktop?
