As the subject says, I have a L355D-7815. Two years old, mobo was replaced at one year anniversary, and now that mobo is a year old again. (gulp).

It boots to the H20 BIOS screen, but then it blanks the screen (blinking flat cursor in upper left corner) and starts a rapid beep series that never stops. I can power off by holding the power button. I tried removing the (2) memory chips and booting with one or the other but no help. I also put it in the freezer for about 15 mins to cool it down and then booted but it was no help. I can press F2 when I see the BIOS screen, but it never goes to the BIOS, it just does the blink and beep.

FWIW- it was up and working fine when it started inputing a series of gibberish and then "B" characters in any program that would allow typing. I thought it was a software issue, but a reboot got me to where I am now.

Any ideas on what I can try to get it to boot? Is it the mobo again? Keyboard?

    Thanks,

    Bob
