I have a Toshiba L355D-S7901 which was working perfectly then the screen went black. When the power button is pushed you can see the fan spinning and hear the hard drive start spinning but that is all. The screen stays black, can not even get to the bios. I have pulled the hard drive and connected it to another computer vis usb and I can access the hard drive perfectly. I also looked at the screen with a flashlight but I did not see anything there. Tried each ram card individually as well. No luck. Is there a common design flaw with these machines I can look for? I have rebuilt many laptops before so opening it up and disassembling it is not a problem. Just want to have the replacement parts on hand. Thank you for the help.
