    L655-175 hard drive sound

    Hi

    I bougth last week a toshiba l655-175 the problem is that i'm hearing a high constant pitch i think from the harddrive I have posted in the toshiba forum support and they told to contact the service, I have contacted the service they told me that diagonse may take 24 hour and i need the laptop now i can't give it to them .
    Some one know what is the solution of the problem ?
    Some one can give me the normal sound of a hard drive ?
    What about hdparm is it the solution of my problem ?
    I can;t record the sound

    I tried this command hdparm.exe -B 254 hda but nothing changed

    i got the same problem, only i got a L655-s5117, also making that high pitched noise, very low, starting a week ago, i ran the software provided diagnostics, and it said HD fail
