This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Logiech Mic/SKype/Toshiba Satellite Pro Issue

    Hi,

    I have a minor issue with my Toshiba Satelllite Pro laptop. I have installed Skype and a logitech webcam on the laptop. When using Skype with the Webcam acting as the microphone the volume level display (the yellow traiangler bar) flashes on every time the microphone pick up signicant noise. It is almost as if the volume is being changed, but it is not. Does anyone have any idea why the volume display falshes on?
