    the modem driver for toshiba is virtually universal. Just use the modem driver from any current model that runs on XP.

    not sure about the audio driver though. Check toshibas website. If they dont have the driver for the S7464, try another version of the A205 (they are all virtually the same) to see if they have the sound driver for it.

    I don't know if the A205 has the HD Audio bus like the X205 does, but if so you need the KB888111 hotfix BEFORE you install the drivers, or XP won't even recognize the devices. I have it if need it (or search some of my other posts)
