    Lower cpu speed on Toshiba a110

    I am not sure whats wrong, I download notebook hardware control, but I wont allow me to switch my cpu speed. Is my Toshiba a110 using desktop chipset.Its got a celeron M 410 in it.

    Celeron M's do not have the Enhanced Intel SpeeStep Technology, so it is unable to reduce its clockspeed. Only Pentium M, Core Duo and Core 2 Duo have that characteristic.
