hi! i'm wondering... how can you change the video memory of this laptop from 128MB to 224MB? i have 1024MB of RAM. there's no setting in the BIOS that you can adjust.

Guru's will have to weigh in on this one - but I have been unable to find any way to manually increase the allocated RAM. Supposedly the memory allocation is dynamic only. I have an M115-S3104 - which I assume is fairly close to yours spec-wise - and it runs 2001/2002-era games (specifically Ghost Recon) just fine - albeit with no anti-aliasing. I am very happy with mine given that I have all of $698 invested in it!

oh... this series can play ghost recon? that's good! =) i've tried NFS carbon but the game won't run. according to my friend... the intel video chip can't run this game. and also some DVD games, m115 series that has an intel video chip can do no good. yeah, your m115 is basically an S3094 only it has more RAM. i've added another 512MB of RAM to mine so it's like S3104 now. =)
