This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I picked this computer up second hand. the Computer has booted up to the welcome screen for 3 years. i had a bad memory stick that put me out of service for a good while.I replaced the memory and it is working again. today windows updated framework 3.0 and office 2003. after the updates the computer rebooted and now has a logon screen that has a name that i do not know and i need a password. Is there a way to boot up and get around the log on so i can change it? thank for any info
