    Hi,

I've been looking into buying a notebook for making music on, specifically running Gigastudio triggered with an external keyboard. Low latency is an issue.

I'm considering the Toshiba M30-603, for build-quality, excellent speakers and the low power consumption afforded by the Pentium M. Does anyone have experience with making music with this particular notebook?

    Thanks.

The low latency will hopefully be provided by an Echo Gina PC card. Any experiences with this card will also be greatly appreciated!
