I picked up a M305D-S4830 last weekend and love it so far. My only problem is that I have noticed on about half the time it reboots (whether for updates or any other reason), it gets in to an endless loop prior to the Toshiba screen appearing in which it scans the CD drive for a bootable disk. It basically makes the CD drive grunt where it checks for a disk...just over and over. The only remedy I have been able to find so far is to hold the power button until it powers off and then power it back on.

Has anybody else experienced something like this or do you know of an actual remedy? Bios update?

    Thanks
this was copied from an unanswered thread, and I have the same exact issue, just bought the laptop yesterday.
