Hey everyone, I have a Toshiba M350 for over 3 years and last day, I found that the keyboard didn't work all of sudden. So, I reboot the Windows, which only helped for a while. After a few seconds, it broken down again. By the way, I have to mention that before the keyboard broke down, I got "Ads by Dym" on the Chrome, which is rather annoying. Some pages like this say that Ads by Dym is a malware, but i scan the system find out nothing malicious. Is that Ads by Dym causes the keyboard disabled issue? What should I do now?

Reseat keyboard cable first. If that didn't help; buy new keyboard (~$12):
