Hi everyone.
I have a question on my M45 screen.
Everything looks great while I'm using it.
When the screen saver comes on with the black background, the lower left corner of the screen has a small area almost the shade of the blue power button extending from it. At first I thought it was a reflection from it, but it's not. It's only noticeable from certain angles and while the screen saver is on.
Does someone know if this is something to be concerned about or not?
The unit can still be exchanged over the counter if it is.
Thanks!

I tried it just to be sure and it's as I thought. It's not really blue, but you may subjectively assess it as a blue, but it is really white light leakage. If you look closely, there should be some of this over the whole bottom area, it's just stronger in the lower left corner.
This phenomena is common with today's LCDs with high powered backlight. It's not always in the same spot for every screen, but it's almost always there.

Yes, that's exactly it.
And there is a line of it across the bottom of the screen.
It's funny how I only see it when the screen saver is on. I changed my desktop background to a solid color to see if it would show and it doesn't.
Thanks again for the input!

It probably only shows when the screen is mostly pitch black. When you set your desktop to a solid color, you sstill have the taskbar at the bottom, unless you use a different GUI config. I'll try it for fun
