I have a Toshiba M60 with S-Video out on M/NTSC at 59 Hertz. My TVs can cope, switching over automatically from PAL BG. The video processor is Nvideao GO 6600.

Is there any way to set S-Video to PAL? The Nvidea setup in the Control Panel (Windows XP) does not give me that option.
