    M645 worth updating Bios if everything is fine?

    If everything seems fine with your laptop is it worth updating your bios if Toshiba shows their is an update to be downloaded or could it do more harm then good?

    Also, anyone update to the latest Bios for the M645 model? If so, see any improvements and did everything go smoothly in the update?
