    Media Player and Voice issue on toshiba

    Hi all,

    I bought Toshiba satellite in Feb this year. After a while, it lost its media player functions, so when i want to watch any live tv on it, the media player would not open. i tried to download another media player, but still in vain...

    secondly i am usuing a soft phone on it, it would also not work either on phone or on msn/ yahoo chat, the person on the other side can hear me, but i cant hear them.

    can some one help me with these probelms. i will be thankful.
