The specs for my Toshiba Satelite M65-S809 call for up to 2 gb of DDR2 PC5300 memory. I was thinking of purchasing a 2x1Gb kit when I noticed that OCZ's DDR2 SO-DIMM was PC5400. The Mhz for the 5300 and the 5400 are both 667. So what's the difference? Also, what would happen if I ran either a slower or faster MHz like for example, some of the EXTREME or other high end memory series? In addition, some of the extreme seies advertise latencies of 4.4.4.4.12 versus the standard 5.5.5.5.15, what does this mean and how does it affect speed and programs? Finally, this model comes with a 100Gb hard drive running at 5400 rpm. Can I upgrade the HD to a larger capacity unit and to 7200 rpm? can the DVD drive and graphics unit be upgraded or modded? Appreciate any input Thanks.

You can upgrade the HD to 7200, but you can not upgrade the graphics. Not sure on your other questions.
