My Toshiba is locked into a docking station and now when I boot up the screens displays the above message. What is wrong or how do I access my computer. It won't let me go beyond that point. Please help.

Who makes the docking station? If I were you, I'd remove my laptop from the station and see if it works then - it could be infering with your notebook.
